We will present a case study of a project that employed AI in financial planning, which demonstrates the importance of change management and delegation. The client initially worked on AI tools for 8 months with no results because internal clients did not understand the benefits. Using a “client-centric” approach, we employed new tools within 3 months, reducing resource requirements by 80% and reducing financial planning time. The agile approach, starting with the user and the process, included AI as an outsourced solution, which required a specific approach to tool design and identifying the right stakeholders. This project shows that AI transformation is not about one tool, but about orchestrating many small projects into one program.
