Michael Joyce holds an MBA and is a Project Management Professional (PMP)® and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)®.  With a strategic and innovative approach, he drives operational efficiency, strengthens client relationships, and drives success.  Deeply engaged in exploring how generative AI can transform project management practices, Michael founded a generative AI community at Cisco to explore AI applications and provide training.

Notably, he has led significant deployments with Cisco’s Technology solutions.  At Deloitte Consulting, Michael honed his skills in management consulting and application management.

Currently, he leads a team of client-facing project and program managers at Cisco, delivering exceptional value and enhancing client satisfaction through personalized service. Actively involved with PMI, Michael contributes to advancing project management and generative AI initiatives.
