Ondřej has been working in IT for almost two decades, during which he has gained experience first in various roles in SW development, project management and then as interim head of SW development, interim CTO and consultant for business agility. His main current discipline is organizational design and change management in companies undergoing agile, digital or any other major transformation of working methods.
We are at a time when, at least in Central Europe, we have seen the main wave of corporate agile transformations that has taken place in recent years. So let’s take a look at what factors determined who would be the winners and losers, what expectations organizations had from agility, which ones were met and which ones were not. Where agile transformation did not deliver the desired results, often the appropriate conditions for systemic change were never created in the first place. It is the analysis of these assumptions that the main part of the presentation will focus on.
Finally, we will look to the near future – is agility just a bubble? Where is the field going? Will it continue or will Agile be replaced by something new?
