Pavel has been working on the border between IT and business for more than two decades. Pavel was one of the pioneers of agile management in the Czech Republic, and he also focused on project management, which he introduced to his customers, where he also managed projects and coached teams.
Pavel combines deep experience in both agile and predictive management, working as a consultant, trainer, project manager and team coach. He helps teams and their leaders to deliver change in a more effective and structured way. Pavel believes in the uniqueness of each customer and is a proponent of incremental change.
