Tania le Moigne

Taťána le Moigne is a prominent figure in Czech business. Her 35-year career spans from building a start-up, to working for foreign corporations DEC, Microsoft and Google in the Czech Republic, USA, Germany and UK, to building her own successful company. Taťána brought Google to the Czech Republic and worked in its management for 18 years, first locally and then in the Central Europe region. She is a long-standing board member of the Aspen Institute Central Europe and a member of the Young President Organization. She is also actively involved in philanthropic projects – she is a member of the boards of Dobrý anděl and Odyssey Mentoring foundations and has also been a long-time supporter of the Junák Scout organization.

Taťána is also a successful author of the children’s board game 4bambini about important life values. Recently she has been actively involved in supporting communities. She is an active member of the women’s community Inspire & Impact Network and co-founded the community projects Klánovická akademie and Klánovické zahrady.

Under a motto “Transform to Win” let’s explore the transformative journeys of successful winners. Our panelists are all very experienced CEOs with diverse backgrounds, including political roles. They are ready to share their insights and strategies covering topics like passion, vision and personal goals as a driver for transformation, leadership and core values necessary to drive success, the role of people –  should transformation start with people or processes? Speed of transformation – the role of agile in achieving rapid and effective transformations or insights on how to deliver projects and programms successfully in VUCA world. And of course – what are our posibilities and responsibilities in transforming our society.
