Veronika works as an Atlassian Solution Architect and specializes in ITSM and project management processes. She knows both of these fields from the “other side” of her practice. She has been involved in project management for more than 10 years, when she first worked as a project manager and managed web development and e-shop projects. A few years later she was involved in preparing solutions and planning work for the service team that handled client requests. Many more projects and experiences followed before she discovered that she enjoyed project management methodologies more than execution itself. So she decided to move into a consulting role, where she now helps clients set up and optimize their processes and tool support.
Do you have a full backlog and don’t know which activities to choose for your next sprint? Are you implementing projects that aren’t delivering the expected value? Do you have overloaded teams? One area that many companies still flounder in, or even don’t pay attention to at all, is prioritizing and selecting the right activities to implement. This then typically causes overwhelming the team with a large number of requirements, the meaning of which people often do not understand.
In this hands-on workshop, you will have the opportunity to experience working with Jira Product Discovery tool, which is designed to prioritize any activity, whether it’s selecting product features, selecting initiatives for the next quarter, or selecting projects to implement in the coming year. The workshop will also include an introduction to the issues and some prioritization techniques.
