Martin Klusoň is one of the most prominent faces in project management in the Czech Republic. He is a respected lecturer, consultant and mentor. In his role as CEO, he likes sharing his visions across the company and he emphasizes values. He has trained thousands of project managers, product owners and scrum masters in the Czech Republic, Europe and the USA. He helps clients on major projects, with agile transformations, PMO setup and many other activities. He is often invited by board members to help them with changes in corporate governance. He is known for his openness, sincerity and fairness. Clients appreciate not only his experience but also his ability to easily explain difficult topics. Martin is the founder and honorary president of the Chamber of Project Managers in the Czech Republic. He regularly holds lectures and writes professional articles.
One of the biggest philanthropists in the Czech Republic, initiator and signatory of the call “Second transformation of the Czech economy”. He started his business in high school and shortly after graduation he founded the company W.A.G., known under the brand Eurowag, in 1995. Today, it is a technology leader employing 2,000 professionals in 18 European countries.
Eurowag is building an integrated platform for international transport companies to digitize their operations, transforming the entire industry to make it cleaner, more efficient and fairer. From 2021, Eurowag shares are the only Czech company to be traded on the London Stock Exchange.
Martin Vohánka co-founded the Independent Journalism Foundation and the Foundation BLÍŽKSOBĚ. He lectures at the University of Economics in Prague and is an enthusiastic beekeeper.
Pavol Lančarič is one of the most experienced top managers in Slovakia, working in leadership positions since he was 30 years old. After studying International Business at the University of Economics in Bratislava, he worked for 2 years as an advisor to Deputy Prime Minister Anton Vavra and as an analyst at the Antimonopoly Office.
He started his career as a top manager at Tchibo Slovakia and continued his career at Rheinishe Post Bratislava as CEO for Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Later, he capitalized on his experience at the telecommunications company Globtel (now Orange Slovakia), which he transformed from a small local company into one of the members of the large international corporation Orange Group. Under his leadership for 23 years, Orange has continuously improved the quality of its services by improving the quality and availability of its network and by introducing one of the most modern young generation fibre optic networks, FTTH (Fibre To The Home). During his tenure, Orange Slovakia also became a leader in CSR and the Orange Foundation, which he co-founded, is now one of the largest and best known in Slovakia. In the field of Corporate Social Responsibility, Via Bona Slovakia awarded it 3 major prizes for its comprehensive approach to corporate responsibility. During his tenure as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Orange also won the “Company of the Year” award 6 times in a row in a competition organized by the economic magazine Trend.
Pavol was a co-founder of the Business Leader Forum, which since 2004 has been an informal association of companies committed to being leaders in promoting the principles of responsible business.
In 2023, he held the position of Minister of Transport of the Slovak Republic in President Zuzana Čaputová’s cabinet. He serves as a member of the Scientific Council of the University of Economics in Bratislava and is a supporter of quality education for young people. He is fluent in 4 languages and is an avid traveller.
Taťána le Moigne is a prominent figure in Czech business. Her 35-year career spans from building a start-up, to working for foreign corporations DEC, Microsoft and Google in the Czech Republic, USA, Germany and UK, to building her own successful company. Taťána brought Google to the Czech Republic and worked in its management for 18 years, first locally and then in the Central Europe region. She is a long-standing board member of the Aspen Institute Central Europe and a member of the Young President Organization. She is also actively involved in philanthropic projects – she is a member of the boards of Dobrý anděl and Odyssey Mentoring foundations and has also been a long-time supporter of the Junák Scout organization.
Taťána is also a successful author of the children’s board game 4bambini about important life values. Recently she has been actively involved in supporting communities. She is an active member of the women’s community Inspire & Impact Network and co-founded the community projects Klánovická akademie and Klánovické zahrady.
Violeta Luca has been in charge of Czech Vodafone since January 2024. Before that, she was the CEO of Microsoft Czech Republic and Slovakia. And before that, she was the CEO of Microsoft in Romania. Violeta Luca has managed transformation projects in retail, banking, e-commerce, healthcare and telecommunications. She has long focused on the development of digital skills, innovation and support for start-ups; she also provides active mentoring to empower women in their professional and management careers. She has received numerous awards and was recognized by Forbes as one of the 20 most influential women in Fintech in the CR and one of the TOP CEOs in 2023. In the Manager of the Year 2022 competition, she won in the Foreign Manager category. Before joining Microsoft, she worked at companies such as Metro Cash & Carry, Dante International, Flanco Retail, Whirlpool and AIG. She graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Romania.
